Photo Antiquities offers not only a history lesson on photography, but an open window to the past.
We offer the region's finest display of vintage photographs, photographic viewing devices, and antique cameras. Designed in the Victorian style, Photo Antiquities preserves and exhibits the history of photography from 1839 to 1939. Collections include The Civil War, Native Americans, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, the United States, Asia, and Europe.
We are also excited to host the amazing Abraham Lincoln Exhibition: The Myth, The Man, The Legend. The exhibit will include photographs, paintings, and documents displayed in the newly renovated ground floor gallery.
